Practical Information
Your official diploma:
Your official diploma will be presented to you at the end of the ceremony (subject to academic and financial validation of your NEOMA degree). You will be asked to show proof of identity.
Proxy request:
To authorise a third party to obtain your diploma on the day of the ceremony, please download this proxy request form, fill it out, and make sure that the designated person will have it at the ceremony.
VISA request:
If you wish to apply for a VISA to attend the ceremony, please send an email to remise-diplome@neoma-bs.fr mentioning your name and the name(s) of your guest(s).
Dress Code:
Appropriate attire is required.
Caps and gowns will be loaned to you for your ceremony.
Dressing rooms will be available for the graduates (no dressing rooms for the guests).
Access to Zénith:
By metro:
- Line 5, Porte de Pantin station (600 metres from the Zénith)
- Line 7, Porte de la Villette station (900 metres from the Zénith)
By bus:
- Line 75, Porte de Pantin station
- Noctilien N45, N140, N41, N13 Porte de Pantin or N42 Porte de la Villette
By tram:
- Line 3b, Porte de Pantin – Parc de la Villette station (800 metres from the Zenith)
By car:
If you are arriving via Porte de la Villette, a car park is available:
- Parking de la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie
If you are arriving via Porte de Pantin, three car parks are at your disposal and you can reserve your spaces on their websites:
- La Villette / Cité de la Musique car park
- Philharmonie car park
- Conservatoire car park
