Registration
Registration is mandatory and open until Wednesday 21th May. Only graduates may register their guests.
Registration is free for the graduates and their guests.
Once registered, you will receive a ticket via email for you and your guests. Each person must present their printed ticket when entering the ceremony venue.
- Only registered graduates can participate in the ceremony
- Each graduate will be allocated two guest tickets. All tickets are personal (you must register your accompanying persons by name)
- If you change your accompanying person, please change the first and last names in your graduate area (registration page). You will receive all your updated tickets again (the QR code of the modified ticket remains the same)
It is no longer necessary to mention a change in the name of one of your guests. Please present your current tickets at the entrance, corresponding to the number of your registered guests.
Additional seats:
Every seat on the waiting list have been attributed. It is no longer possible to request additionnal seats, in order for you to be welcomed in the best possible dispositions.
Due to noise-related health risks, children under the age of 6 attending the event must be equipped with hearing protection (noise cancelling headphone or earplugs) (Health Legislation, January 2016).
